User Experience: Bathing System for Older Adults

We invited older adults and carers to share their feedback on the INAX Shower de Bath bathing system and explore how the product could more effectively support safe and independent bathing for older adults, thereby enhancing their quality of life, preserving their dignity, and alleviating the burden on carers. In addition to arranging hands-on product trials for older adults, the project also gathered insights through interviews with carers to better understand users’ practical needs. The feedback provided the development team with a deeper understanding of the bathing-related challenges and expectations of older adults and carers, offering valuable insights to inform further product enhancement.
