User Experience - Smart Meter-enabled Community Watch & Care Service Pilot Programme for Elderly

We invited residents from HKHS elderly housing schemes to try out the Smart Meter-enabled CLP Community Watch and Care Service under the Pilot Programme in their everyday living environments. By analysing tenants’ electricity consumption patterns, the project supported frontline colleagues and carers in gaining deeper insights into older residents’ daily routines and habits, enabling the timely provision of more personalised and appropriate care that supports ageing in place.  AFHLL has provided our collaborator with evidence-based recommendations for service enhancement, offering practical references for future service refinement and laying the foundation for potential wider adoption.
