Group Registration Guidelines
  1. The opening hours for visitors are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm. No visit is available on Sunday and public holiday. Services must be completed half an hour before closing time.
  2. A group is defined as an entity registered under the Companies Ordinance or the Societies Ordinance, established by law, or registered as a recognized charitable organization or public trust.
  3. Applications must be submitted within 14 working days to 6 months from the application date, with a minimum of 20 participants (including staff and accompanying person).
  4. The centre will respond within 5 working days upon receiving the application via email. If no response is received, please call 2839 2883 for inquiries.
  5. For health screening tours, the full list of participants should be sent to us a week ahead of the visit via email ([email protected]) or fax (2385 2136).
  6. No group is allowed to arrange visits to the centre's facilities/services for profit.
  7. To cancel a visit, please inform us by phone or email at least 7 working days before the visit date, to allow other applicants to fill the slot and make good use of resources.
  8. To change the visit date, please inform us by phone or email at least 7 working days before the visit date. If rescheduling is needed, a new application can be submitted, but the new visit date must not be earlier than the originally cancelled date. The application period should follow the Group Registration Guidelines, within 14 working days to 6 months from the application date, without needing to resubmit the application form.
  9. If the number of participants is less than the minimum requirement, the centre reserves the right to adjust the visit content.
  10. If the visit time needs to be changed for specific reasons, the centre reserves the right to adjust the visit content.
  11. For groups unable to follow the above guidelines to change visit arrangements, the centre reserves the right to reject future visit applications.
  12. If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted two hours before the visit, the visit will be cancelled. The organization can call the centre to reschedule the visit date.
  13. The centre reserves the right to reject applications based on the group's characteristics, resource limitations, space constraints, or other objective conditions. In case of any disputes, the centre reserves the final decision.
