Mondays – Saturdays:

9:00am to 12:30pm

1:30pm to 6:00pm

Sundays and public holidays:

Closed

ERC will be closed if a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or an "Extreme Condition" is issued. The center will resume operations within two hours if the warning signal is canceled before 2:00 PM. If the warning signal is canceled after 2:00 PM, the center will remain closed for the entire day.
