Group Registration Guidelines:

The opening hours for visitors are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm. No visit are available on Sunday and public holiday. A visit will take about 1 – 2.5 hours (depending on number of visitors).
Applications must be submitted at least 10 working days before the visit.
The Centre will respond within 5 working days upon receiving the application. Once the visit date is confirmed, the Centre will send a "Confirmation receipt" and "Consent form" via email or fax. Please return the completed forms to the Centre. If no response is received, please call 2839 2883 for inquiries.
For health screening tours, the full list of participants should be sent to us a week ahead of the visit via email ([email protected]), fax (2385 2136) or mail to Shop A-C, G/F., Prosperous Garden, 3 Public Square Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon (Word format via email is preferable).
To cancel a visit, please inform us by phone or email at least 2 weeks before the visit, to allow other applicants to fill the slot and make good use of resources.
If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted two hours before the visit, the visit will be cancelled. The organization can call the centre to reschedule the visit date.
Housing Society Elderly Resources Centre (ERC) reserves the rights to reject applications from any individuals or groups, or adjust visit content or application criteria. In case of any disputes, ERC reserves the final decision.
