Based on the needs of older adults and their carers, our occupational therapists provide tailored recommendations for age-friendly home modifications, the use of gerontechnology and assistive tools, and healthy lifestyle practices to promote ageing in place.

Social Work Consultation Services

We provide older adults and carers in need with information on relevant community resources (such as home-based nursing care, rehabilitation exercises, day care services, meal delivery, residential care home services, and dementia-related support) to assist them in securing appropriate support.
